As every year, Keystone is organizing a flu vaccination campaign, offering you the opportunity to protect yourself against the virus during the upcoming winter season.
The flu vaccine will be offered to all employees who wish to receive it. To help us organize this campaign efficiently, we kindly ask you to fill out the attached form to let us know whether or not you would like to get vaccinated.
Please make sure to respond no later then Augustus 15th . Further details regarding the practical arrangements (location, date, etc.) will follow in another email, depending on the number of participants.
